CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Our classes have been curated to cater to individuals of various levels of physical conditioning, and we strongly encourage you to use them as benchmarks to chart your own journey in fitness.

Education is a big part of how we view fitness, and each class is designed to teach you something new about your body, even if it’s “Good Lord that’s where my hamstrings are”.

Street Strength

STREET STRENGTH

Street Strength is a dynamic and engaging calisthenics fitness class. Our expert instructors will guide you through a range of bodyweight exercises and street workouts that will help you build upper body and core strength, improve your overall fitness and endurance, and boost your confidence.

Our class is suitable for anyone looking to learn calisthenics, whether you’re a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting out, we’ll help you achieve your goals in a fun and structured format. Expect to work on your upper body and core strength, improve your mobility, and add on new skills like the pull up, muscle up, L-sit, and more.

Powerhouse

POWERHOUSE

Powerhouse is our classic strength and conditioning class that provides a comprehensive total body workout with a targeted focus on different muscle groups depending on the day of the week.

Divided into four sections: upper push, lower push, upper pull, and lower pull movements, each day targets a specific muscle group for a well-rounded and balanced workout. With a focus on compound movements, you’ll engage multiple muscle groups at once for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Viking Bootcamp

VIKING BOOTCAMP

This class teaches you to do modified strongman workout movements that will help you develop functional compound strength that can be applied in everyday life.

Some movements you might see in this class include those utilizing the kettlebells, weighted pull ups, prowlers, and sandbag carries. Open to all levels, Viking Bootcamp is designed to challenge your body and push your limits, all while helping you build strength that is functional and practical.

Wonder Woman Bootcamp

WONDER WOMAN BOOTCAMP

Are you ready to burn, sweat, tone, and sculpt your way to a stronger, fitter, and more confident you? Our female only bootcamp is designed to challenge you with a variety of exercise movements and controlled minimal rest, so you can maximize your results in every session.

This class is perfect for those looking to get a good sweat in a more private studio setting. Led by our certified female coaches, Wonder Woman Bootcamp is open to women of all fitness levels.

Row, Sweat Burn

ROW, SWEAT, BURN!

Get the best of both worlds with our invigorating hybrid class that combines the benefits of both strength and cardio training. This dynamic workout involves intervals on the rowing machine, alternating with resistance training on the floor.

Elevate your heart rate and challenge your muscle endurance for an incredible pump. If you get bored from long, steady state cardio but want to find more fun alternatives to improve your cardiovascular health, then this is the class for you.

Abs-N-Booties

ABS AND BOOTIES

Work towards your dream bod’ with our ultimate core and lower body focused class that will help you sculpt, tone, and strengthen your abs and booty to look and feel your best.

You will feel the burn with this combination of bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, weights, and more to maximize your results every class.

CLASS SCHEDULE AND BOOKING

Members with active packages can book directly via our website or the MindBody Online app.

 

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients should cancel 12 hours in advance via MBO, by emailing or calling us, or sending us a DM on Instagram.

Late cancel: 1 credit taken off
No show: 1 credit taken off Members who no-show: will lose ability to pre-book classes for a week

If there are insufficient people to make up a class (less than 2 pax), we reserve the right to cancel the class with 12 hours notice.

No late comers

Please come at least 5-10 minutes before your class to get yourself sorted.
Once a class has started, there will be a grace period of 5 minutes. Late comers will not be allowed entry after this grace period

Dress code

All clients are required to wear suitable gym attire when exercising.
A top and closed footwear must be worn at all times in the studios except when the class in session does not require footwear.
